Short Screenplay Competition
We are in search of the most moving, creative and inspired screenplays to add to our competition this year. Crossings will be offering a table read for the top 3 finalist in this category.
This is a particularly favorite area as our founder has roots in screenplays to tell story.

Crossings International Film Festival Awards!
Best Film
Best of the Best film for the season as selected by the Crossings Jury to receive $150.
Best Children’s Film
Children love color and image, wild characters and an honest message that helps them feel good about themselves and the world. Awarded to that film $100 as selected by the Crossings Jury.
Best Actor and Best Director of Photography
Our Crossings Jury will also make a selection from all films submitted for the best Actor and the best Director of Photography.
Short Screenplay Table Read
The Top 3 Finalists in this category will receive a table read of their full script. One writer will receive $50 for best script to table read. Where we can hear the transition from word to sound.
